What if something does not fit or I change my
mind? |
| You are welcome to return or exchange any items
purchased from Grayson Hobby. The products must be returned in the
same condition they were received in and within 30 days of receipt.
The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original
package, and in resalable condition. Do not write anything
on the package or product. Installing radio parts in a model, cutting up
balsa sheets in kits, installing and using a battery, installing
software or discarding the packing material are some examples of what
constitutes used merchandise. Servo returns must include the complete
unopened accessory package. Any servo return with an incomplete or
missing accessory package will not be exchanged or refunded. Motors must
include any mounting brackets, screws, and prop collets. Any motor
returned with an incomplete accessory package will not be exchanged or
refunded. If the item(s) meet these condition, a full refund,
minus shipping costs, will be refunded to the billing party. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came
with your shipment and our
RMA Form
(click here). You must include
your order number and a note with the reason for return or exchange or
we will not process your return If your item has
been opened and you simply do not like the item(s), ordered the wrong
item(s), or it just was not what you expected, a refund can be issued,
minus shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee, as we are no longer able
to sell the product as new. Again the item must be in brand new
condition.

Charges, Payment, & Backorders |
| All orders will only be charged for in-stock parts
when they are shipped. The
total dollar amount for backordered items, tax, and any applicable fees,
will not be charged to your credit card until they are shipped.
We never charge your card until your order ships.
Most times you cannot purchase an item on our web site
unless we have it in stock. We may run out-of-stock on an item while we
are the middle of filling orders on a given day. If we run out-of-stock
on an item in your order we will remove that item from your order and
you will not be charge. We typically do not keep back orders on
any out-of-stock items.
On occasions, we may open up certain items to be
preorders / backordered. Please note, your credit card will not be
charged and pre-orders only ship in its entirety. We will not
mulit ship pre-orders. For example, if you order a new release
airplane kit with a prop, the prop will ship when the airplane ships.

Missing And Incorrect Items In Order: |
Packing orders involves human interaction.
Occasionally human error results in a missing or incorrect item being
sent with your order. If this happens, notify us immediately at

We will resolve your problem right away. We cannot be responsible
for missing or damaged parts after 10 days of receipt. |

Limits Of Responsibility |
| We accept no responsibility for crash damage.
If it has not happened to you, it will, its part of the hobby. It
is impossible to determine for certain whether crash damage was the
result of a radio system failure or pilot error. We accept no
responsibility for crash damage occurring during the use of a
radio-controlled model.
PLEASE CHECK OVER THE AIRCRAFT AND BE SURE ALL IS WELL BEFORE TAKING TO
THE AIR AS ONCE YOU APPLY THE POWER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WELFARE OF
THE AIRCRAFT IS YOURS. Just remember, all take-offs are
voluntary, all landing are mandatory, even if they are not
planned. Also, its known for trees to grow legs and to move into
the path of your airplane.

Defective Merchandise |
| We will accept
GraysonHobby defective merchandise that was purchased from Grayson Hobby for
refund or exchange under the following conditions: Merchandise muse be returned
within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to
Grayson Hobby in any way. The merchandise must contain all accessories such as
screws, mounting brackets, prop collets, servo horns, etc to be
considered for an exchange. If the returned defective product does
not contain the complete accessory package, a 5% fee will be assessed. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came
with your shipment and our
RMA Form
(click here). You must include
your order number and a note with the reason for return or
exchange or we will not process your return. Defective merchandise will be
replaced or refunded at our discretion.
Lipos and Puffed Packs
You must take photos of pack with wires
cut off, with your name written on pack in sharpie permanent marker. Also you
must submit the serial number off of the pack. (Do not send back charged
or puffed packs back to us) All pictures must be clear and we may ask you to
retake pictures so we can read all parts of the packs.
