AVAILABILITY
Please note that listed
availability might not be applicable for multiple copies of an item, and that
sudden demand for an item can have an effect on its availability. We will inform
you by phone or e-mail if any items in your order prove to be unavailable.
Shipping times are calculated from the time your merchandise leaves the Grayson
Hobby warehouse. Packages are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1 - 2 day(s) of
your order. This would be delayed if an order were placed over the weekend or on
a holiday. Please make your arrangements accordingly.
For Crashed Packs:
You must take photos of pack with wires cut off, with your name written on pack
in sharpie permanent marker. Also you must submit the serial number off of the
pack. All pictures must be clear and we may ask you to retake pictures so we can
read all parts of the packs. Customers may only receive
one crash replacement per battery per
this warranty.
The crash replacement discount is off of the regular price, not the combo price.
No Exceptions.

For "Bad Cell" "Weak Cell" Packs:
You must send us your battery (you pay shipping) to us for evaluation. We will
make the determination to repair or replace at our discretion based upon our
testing. You may be required to pay a portion of the replacement pack, should we
determine it was not properly cared for. Packs that have been abused,
over-discharged, neglected, or poorly soldered will not qualify for warranty
replacement. Promo and/or freebies which have be issued at events do not qualify
for any warranty services.
